what to expect

Deja Brew wants to ensure your event is a well-caffeinated success, so we’ve included some important information for you to read through before we arrive.

Our COVID-19 Safety Measures

  • Our Baristas wear a face mask while preparing beverages where mandated by government.
  • All beverages are served in environmentally friendly (biodegradable) coffee cups. 
  • It has always been our practice to maintain clean utensils and equipment. Disinfectant and sanitiser are available.

Step 1

What we need from you:

 

  • An onsite contact available to answer questions when we arrive to set up.
  • A dedicated space in which to set up the mobile coffee van and or coffee trailer (referred to as Coffee Nook), as well as room for a few people to gather. 
  • Please take into consideration that preparation of beverages will produce some noise when choosing a location.
  • We require up to 30 minutes after we finish serving to clean up.

Step 2

 

  • Payment in full is due on or before the date of service. We are happy to work with you ahead of time to receive payment at a different time, please contact us directly to discuss terms. Please review our terms for event catering.
  • An invoice will typically be sent the week before your event, and will be payable online. You are welcome to let us know if you will need the invoice earlier in order to process payment by the event date.
  • For more information about deposits, late payments, and cancellation fees, please view our Terms of Service. 
  • If you are a nonprofit organisation, please provide a PDF of your tax exempt certificate so that we may remove GST from your invoice.

Our mission is provide a quality coffee service via our mobile coffee van or event trailer (aka mobile Coffee Nook). You’ll be delighted in working with us to create an experience that inspires connection among guests, and attendees at every event. We strive to ensure that everyone invited or attending will be able to enjoy their preferred beverage, and our menu options reflect that goal.

All of our coffee vans & trailers include:

  • Delicious Coffee blends, freshly roasted and crafted to perfection
  • Premium syrups 
  • Caffeinated and non-caffeinated/decaf options
  • Hot and iced drinks
  • A selection of other cold drinks
  • Tasty snacks such as sandwiches, pies, cookies and chocolate bars
